Welcome to the Lismoo website and all its related websites, products and services. The use and the access to Lismoo services is under compliance with these terms of use. Read, please, carefully these General Use Conditions. To Lismoo Team reserves the right to limit or block access to Lismoo Services if these terms are not followed.

We reserve the right to change these terms from times to times. We are going to notify all users about changes, because the use to Lismoo Services also includes acceptance of modified terms.

User Conduct and Responsabilities

The user is responsable fot getting access to Lismoo Services. The user infrastructure to access these services is entirely up to the user, such as the internet provider, SMS and other charges. Besides, all equipment needed to get access.

The use of Lismoo Services is under all the local, statal, national or international legal decives. Without limitation, the user agrees not to use Lismoo Services to make avaliable or broadcast any content that:

• violates the rights of those involved (including, without limitation, the privacy and publicity rights);


• is obscene, indecent, lascivious, violent or censurable somehow;


• victimizes, disturbs, degrades or intimidates an individual or a group of individuals based on creed, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or deficiency of any nature;


• shows content of children explored;


• violates any authorial rights, patent, commercial secrets or any other property rights;


• is not requested nor authorized, including publicity, promotional contents, electronic waste, spam, piramidal schemes nor any way of unwanted request;


• includes personal information of other people such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers and credit card numbers;


• infects with viruses or any kind of other computational codes, files or softwares designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionability of any software, hardware or telecomunication devices;


• divulges internal information, exclusive or classified, received or divulged as part of work relationships or confidential contract entrusted to the users;


• restricts any other user to access and enjoy Lismoo services or that may cause Lismoo and its users to any kind of damage;

Lismoo does not control content involved in its use by the users and it is not responsible for users that make use of Lismoo Services, making responsible the user whom divulges any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, illegal or censurable content. Lismoo is not responsible for behavior, be it on-line or off-line, of any user of its Services.

Information to Users

If the user wishes to fully use Lismoo Services, it is needed to sign up and create an account, typing accurated and true information. The non-accurate and non-reliable data implies in violation of these Terms and it will take into consideration for cancelling the rights to use Lismoo Services. The user is the only responsable, in all matters, for its login credentials use and password confidentialness protection; Lismoo reserves the right to restrict the access of an account that exceeds the server's use limit, affecting other users.

User's Content

The user is the owner and the only responsible for any content broadcasted, distributed, published or shared by itself with other users. Even though Lismoo does not monitor user's content, it can and may block or remove content and forbid any access to its Services that violates any of these Terms of Use, based on report of other users, if is considered applicable.

Electronic Waste / SPAM

Lismoo must no be used to send spam or any type of unwanted communication. Since Lismoo Services make use of emails to communicate with users, it is sure that the users must follow the rules bellow:

• Lismoo messages must be sent to known people or people that the user may have any type of relationship;


• If Lismoo Services are being used by a corporation or organization, messages are only sent to known employees from this corporation, organization or a person who may have any type of business relationship;


• Any email address list that is rented or bought can not be imported or used somehow to send Lismoo messages.

Suspension, Extinction

Lismoo reserves the right, based on its exclusive criterion, to remove a user profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend or block totally or partially the access to Lismoo Services, for not following the items hereby, with previous warning.

Links to others

Lismoo Services link to other websites related third party owners. Third party Services are not verified nor monitored in terms of accuracy, adequacy or completeness. It is third party responsability any content accessed related or posted through Lismoo Services.

Lismoo Services are ruled by a Privacy Policy directed to the protect the users' personal interests .
